The problem

People with accounts at several banks rarely know how much they actually spend. Forgotten subscriptions, installment plans still running and small recurring charges are scattered across different statements and card bills.

What we built

An Android and iOS app that brings everything into one place and combs through it:

• Up to five linked banks via Open Finance, with transactions, card bills and balances;
• Subscriptions and yearly cost, detected automatically;
• Installment plans with the number of payments left;
• Hidden spending: small recurring charges that go unnoticed;
• Monthly trends per bank and per category;
• AI strategist: an actionable plan covering what to cut, how much to save and whether the goal adds up, plus a chat to ask about your own numbers.

The engineering decisions that matter

• Numbers come from code, not from the AI. The subscription, installment and hidden-spending detectors are deterministic and covered by tests. The AI receives an already-computed dossier and reasons on top of it, instead of adding up statements.
• Two models, two jobs. The report uses a reasoning model that runs once; the chat uses a cheap model that answers each question. The cost of each choice is shown on screen.
• Credentials in the device vault. Keys live in the iOS Keychain and Android Keystore, never in code or plain text.
• No middleman server. The app talks directly to Open Finance and keeps a local cache, so financial data never passes through a third-party backend.
• Rule-based categories, configurable to fit any spending pattern.
