What MS Labs collects when you visit this site or request an assessment, what it is used for and how to request access to or deletion of your data.
Who is responsible for your data
This site belongs to MS Labs (CNPJ 65.699.346/0001-75), a Brazilian company that decides how the data collected here is used (the controller under Brazil's data protection law, the LGPD). Questions and requests about your data can be sent by email at misael@mslabs-dev.com.
What we collect
Your assessment request. Name, email, WhatsApp or phone, company (optional), project type, timeline, budget range and the message you write. We only receive this if you send the form.
Where your visit came from. The utm parameters of the link that brought you here (for example, utm_source), the site you came from and the first page you opened. This is stored in your browser (localStorage) for up to 90 days and only reaches us together with an assessment request.
How the site is used, with Microsoft Clarity. Pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, device and browser type, and approximate region. Clarity uses cookies and records sessions for analysis. The contents of the contact form are masked and never appear in recordings.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider logs access data, such as IP address and time, for security and to keep the site running.
What we use it for
- Replying to your assessment request and preparing a proposal.
- Knowing which channels bring in inquiries, based on where visits come from.
- Understanding how the site is used and fixing what gets in the way.
We do not sell data and do not use any of it for advertising.
Legal basis
- Your assessment request: steps taken at your request before a contract (LGPD, art. 7, V).
- Visit source and usage analytics: legitimate interest (LGPD, art. 7, IX), limited to what we need to understand where inquiries come from and improve the site.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site, which process data on our behalf:

These services may store data outside Brazil, under the safeguards of art. 33 of the LGPD.
How long we keep it
- Assessment requests: for as long as the sales conversation lasts and, if it becomes a project, for the contract. Without a project, we delete them within 12 months.
- Visit source in your browser: up to 90 days, or until you clear this site's data in your browser.
- Clarity data: for the period Microsoft sets in Clarity's policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to access, correct, delete or export it, or to tell you who we share it with (LGPD, art. 18). Send your request by email at misael@mslabs-dev.com and we will reply within 15 days.
To opt out of Clarity, block cookies for this site in your browser or use a tracker blocker. The site keeps working normally.
Changes to this policy
If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes first. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
